6-connected_______________(Frank Lloyd Wright)

Frank Lloyd Wright:
a-  Although the structure is made of many separate elements together there is a connection between all of them. They are all connected.
b-  Within the mix of different forms there is a balance.
c-  Constant scaling of simple elements.
d-  Simple elements merge and subtract from each other to create a complex form.
e-  Flat horizontal elements give a feeling of stability.

Sou Fujimoto:
a- Forms seem to fade and dissolve into the environment.
b- Forms seem literally derived from a sketch with hatching techniques being translated into a scaffolding like structure.
c- Constant repetition to construct overall form.
d- Sketch of a building almost incomplete creating a form that feels incomplete.
e- Light, unstable and fragile elements and form.
